After running LDC Brisbane for 5 years, we decided to rebrand in 2022 to QSA Sport Aerobics. Our aim is to provide a Sport Aerobics program filled with fun in a safe positive environment where kids can feel welcome and a part of a family.

We partner with several schools across Brisbane providing before and after school Competition & Recreational Sport Aerobics programs, plus 2 Club locations for those Athletes wishing to level up their Aerobics! We have a heap of fun training, competing and performing over the year.
